Under here is a small changelog.
-Despotism now give 0.5 trommel modifier instead of 1.0
-Base trommel modifier is 1.5 instead of 1.0 (Didn't feel like rewritting all the trommel.yml sorry)
-Conquered town can be liberated if you are the mother civilization against a Civilization with a Cultural Victory
-Only town native to the civilization will count for the Cultural Victory
-Culture needed for lvl 1-5 increased by 20%
-Wonder and Tower can now only be built in their host town.
-Researching a wonder tech will now increase the coin/beaker cost of future wonder tech by 50% (Exclude Council due to being a win condition)
-Catalyst base hammer cost depend on the tier
Tier 1 = 5000
Tier 2 = 10 000
Tier 3 = 15 000
Tier 4 = 25 000
-Bank level now require a proper town level (Town level must be equal to bank-1)
-The entire world is lowered by 40 blocks. This means that the y level you will spawn on is +- y25.
-Added a one second delay between brekaing control block to combat fastmine.
-Market item will now increase their price 33% faster. (every 336 items instead of 516)
-Finished the unhappiness scalling increase per town. 5 first town are worth 1 unhappiness the 5 next are worth 2 , 5 next are 3 etc.
-Fix for blacksmith consuming the whole cata stack instead of one.
-Added sludge drops (Custom Slime)
-Fixed stone sword damage being equal to stone axe.
-Structure y limit is now 10 and 70
-Mining fatigue is now only applied below y10.
